Application Checklist

Please make sure you turn in all of the following components for your McNair application to be complete. Please see the instructions on the application for more information on each component.

• Completed McNair Application
• At least two recommendations

• Family (for dependent students, as determined by the Financial Aid Office) or Personal (for independent students, as determined by the Financial Aid Office), income tax information.

• Personal Statement (500 words or less. See further description on McNair Application)
• Student Academic Profile (formerly the Unofficial Academic Record)
  Instructions on how to print Academic Profile from MyZou
• Mentor Application (optional but strongly encouraged)

All materials due by 5:00 PM to 536 Clark Hall on
